10 can be written as 5x2 and 4 = 2x2 = 2^2
On the RHS we now have 2(5x2)^35 = 2(5^35)(2^35) = (5^35)(2^36)
On the LHS we have (5^m)(2^2)^18 = (5^m)(2^36)
[For convenience's sake, i've neglected the numerator part since both numerators are 1 and exponents on both sides are Positive]
Thus m = 35
