The founder and director of TPNY, Bara Sapir, is an internationally recognized expert in high-performance coaching, personal empowerment and transformative test preparation. She has over sixteen years' experience teaching test prep, including six years as an instructor for The Princeton Review.

Sapir is the pioneer in bringing holistic, human potential techniques to the test preparation field, developing the only program that addresses all the factors that make or break performance on high-stakes tests. Her program concentrates on simultaneously perfecting the "outer" game (skills development) and "inner" game (mental, emotional and intuitive) of succeeding on the GMAT and other standardized tests.

She is the producer of The Full Potential Audio Course -- a unique interactive 5 hour course for ACT, SAT, GRE, GMAT, LSAT, MCAT, and the BAR Exam that helps clients to boost creativity, inspire relaxation, and prepare to achieve maximal success.

Sapir has coached hundreds of clients, including students at top prep schools, physicians, entertainment and advertising professionals, and advisors to U.S. government leaders. Sapir holds masters degrees in Education from the Jewish Theological Seminary and Art History from the University of Michigan. She has certification in Hypnotherapy and Neuro-Lingistic Programming and is a Reiki practicioner. She is a published author and professional artist and is Art Director for Zeek: A Jewish Journal of Thought and Culture.

She conducts 'life optimization' workshops for students, parents, educators, business people, and creative professionals seeking high-performance results at school, at work, and in life. When she isn't shuttling between New York City and Los Angeles, where her two test prep centers are based, she finds time for another of her loves: fostering dogs.
