| hi!. I new at this on triying to beating the GMAT so, what advices can you give me about. For instance> How long I have to study every day?, should I start studying the verbal part firts or all sections at once? I now that you have plenty of experience about and I really need all the help that i can get. Thank you. |

Hi Readers, Wondering if you could help.
Reading comprehension is killing me. I have used Kaplan Verbal and Kaplam 800 and I just can't seem to grasp the material.
I have gone through just one exercise in the OG 11th edition( as I wanted to keep the OG for the very end) and it is nearly not as tough as the Kaplan exercises.
Which book would be a good prep for RC ? Many thanks, ARJ |

| Use the Manhattan GMAT book for Reading Comprehension. It's the one that covers reading comprehension and critical reasoning. That's the best book i've read on reading comprehension so far. damn good for critical reasoning too. |

Hey Sir...I am having my exam on 8th of october..I registered for my exam in July and had all the time in my hand but I wasted all the time with the crawling prep...Solved set of question from OG 10 nd Kaplan...about 60-70 questions of each section except RC... Nd I am so nervous now..should I postpone my exam...I am not sure how to schedule my prep..Please help  |

You can attempt one gmatprep and see where you stand .
If you close to your target score,its good to continue and take the exam .Also you can retake it anyway.
But If you not close to your target score now.Study for a week and then take the test again.If you get close to target score after a week of prepration .you can go ahead and attempt If not than its wise idea to postpone it . |

I have less than month to prepare for GMAT....I have passed the GMAT on 14th of september and my score was low(410)..Quantitive(53percentile)..Verbal(3 percentile)
I need score more than 500. How can I prepare efficiently in 3-4weeks in order to get that score?!...
I have several books for GMAT: Barrons 14th edition, Kaplan800score, Official guide to verbal review, (OG) 7th edition..Which one is more suitable for me?!...
Please help me in this difficult situation... |
